Born and raised in the Grand Rapids area, Kayla has an extensive background in customer service and business management.  Her attention to detail and thoroughness helps get loans closed quickly.  She does her best to take most of the work off the client make the home buying and refinancing process stress free.   Kayla believes in working with honesty and integrity and will go above and beyond to meet her client’s needs. Outside of the office, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 children, getting together with extended family, and traveling.
